Our cuisine is California Cuisine which emphasizes many fresh and organic ingredients. Xiomara personally visits the local farmer's markets to obtain the freshest ingredients. By popular demand we have added several of the favorite dishes from our old Nuevo Latino Menu to our incredible California Cuisine Menu. Of course we still serve our famous Mojito". Our special drink is made with Bacardi Light Rum, fresh lime, fresh mint and cane juice squeezed fresh at the bar!
