the Tillerman Chef Evan Fleisher 

Executive Chef Evan Fleisher hails from the Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan area,  graduating number one from the Oakland Community College School of Culinary arts with Gold and Silver medals in both hot food and advanced pastry competitions.  His culinary career flourished at notable Detroit hot spots such as Pike Street Restaurant, Northern Lakes Seafood Company, Morels and Charley’s Crab.  Chef Fleisher was recognized in Northern Lights Magazine for having the best new restaurant in the Midwest Golf Mecca for Jac’s Place at the Marsh Ridge Resort.  Chef Fleisher was recruited to relocate to Las Vegas to take a position at The Las Vegas Hilton, revamping both The Buffet and T.J.’s Steakhouse to great reviews in Las Vegas Magazine.  He most recently directed culinary operations at several venues in the posh Lake Las Vegas Resort and was featured in the Lifetime Television program Top This Party.  Chef Evan is proud to be a part of the team bringing The Tillerman Restaurant back to a place of prominence in the Las Vegas Dining Scene.
