Soup Djour $4.95
The sauciers selection of produce, meats and freshly prepared stacks,
delicately blended together to a flavorful and light consistency.

Onion Soup $7.95
Thinly Julianne sweet yellow onions sauteed in red wine, sherry, and then
slowly simmered with fortified stack and fresh herbs. Topped with a crouton,
thinly sliced provo-nella and reggiano cheese. Then baked to a golden
brown.
Seafood
Bouillabaisse $8.95
Shrimps, cockles, blue lip muscles, salmon, and white fish steamed in
a light saffron and seasoned fish broth. Served immediatly. Accompanied
by garlic cheese crostini.
Baked Brie En Croute 10.75
French double cream Brie and roasted apricot-almond conserve, wrapped
in puff-pastry and baked. Accompanied by sliced apples and crackers.
Chicken & Spinach Artichoke Cheese Dip $9.95
Pulled roast chicken, spinach, artichokes, and a wonderful mixture of
Reggiano, Gruyere and sweet red bell peppers. Accompanied by garlic and
herb crostinis.
Smoked Salmon $12.95
Thinly sliced duck-trap smoked salmon(cold smoked). Served with minced
egg, onion and caper garnish and a lemon dill creme fraiche.
Smoked duck with dried currant chutney $11.95
One double labe breast of tender smoked duck. Grilled and thinly sliced.

Carpaccio
of Tenderloin $13.95
First we take fresh lean tenderloin and encrust it with cracked pepper
and salt. Then it is pan seared to form a crust and immediately cooled.
Served thinly sliced, with an assortment of toppings as well as Paris
mini toasts.
Anti-Pasto plate $12.95
Assorted imported olives, Gorgonzola and Gruyere cheeses, marinated asparagus
and mushrooms, long stem artichokes and dry hard pepperoni.
Theater Salad $8.95
Iceberg lettuce, leaf lettuce and mixed greens tossed in a Vinaigrette
Dressing and accompanied by tomato wedges, carrots and sliced cucumbers.
Caesar Salad $8.95
Romaine lettuce, radichio, croutons, and Parmesan cheese tossed in our
hand made Caesar dressing. Topped with anchovies and more Parmesan.

Red leaf lettuce, Emmenthaler Swiss cheese, red onion and mandarin oranges

A 9oz. Cut of aged tenderloin, wrapped in smoked bacon and grilled to
desired temperature. Served with roasted garlic and red wine vinegar Demi-glaze.

Ossobucco Milanese $26.95
A thick ossobucco cut of Veal, mire poix of vegetables, red wine and demi-glaze
slowly roasted. Served with tourner potatoes.

Four jumbo prawns, filled with crab stuffing and baked. Served with a
garlic scampi sauce, rice pilaf and asparagus.

Chicken, shrimp and andouille sausage simmered in a hearty jambalaya tomato
