Santa Monica Bay Roll

This roll got baked Atlantic salmon, cooked black tiger shrimp, snow crab, fresh vegetables inside and smelt fish caviar on the outside. Since we’re in the most beautiful bay side town in the world, why not try this monster roll!

Spider Roll

This special roll contains deep fried whole soft shell crab. fresh vegetables inside and smelt fish caviar on the outside. It tastes as good as it looks.

2nd Street Roll

This is one of the most unique rolls that we’ve ever created. While deep fried, sea eel & avocado with smelt fish caviar get cozy inside, it gets wrapped up with peeled fresh cucumber used as seaweed. Enjoy the crunchy texture of cucumber !

Rainbow Roll

This beautiful roll is a work of art! Our “real” California roll is covered with a thin layer of tuna, salmon, white fish, cooked shrimp, yellowtail and fresh avocado.

Caterpillar Roll

this mouth-watering special roll contains savory barbecued eel, fresh asparagus, our original egg omelet and using sliced fresh avocado to create caterpillar look. We use our original sweet brown eel sauce to make this roll more special. It’ll be sure to melt in your mouth!

Crunchy Roll

This is the roll everybody loves at Taka. We stuff two whole black tiger shrimp tempura and fresh vegetables such as asparagus, avocado, Japanese cucumber, yamagobo and baby sprouts inside with smelt fish caviar, crispy tempura bits and sweet & spicy sauce covering the whole roll.
