Stacey’s at Waterford is the most recent development for the owners of the popular Stacey’s Cafe in downtown Pleasanton. Located in a vibrant and upcoming area of Dublin. Stacey’s at Waterford offers a variety of things that separate them from the other local restaurants. Live jazz is played Wednesday-Saturday evenings from 5:30-9:00pm, we also offer a limited bar menu that is served until 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
