Emilia, the chef, is from Terracina a small city on Rome’s doorstep that houses an enormous tradition of culinary delight. After studying at the prestigious cooking school in Rome, Emilia opened a restaurant in the heart of Terracina. Here she refined her unique style and was developing a reputation, when her daughter moved to Miami. As the mother of 4 children, she decided to follow her daughter. Before too long she found Sapori di Roma. After some time her daughter and husband went back to Italy but Emila decided that Miami was for her. |
