Chef Eric Manuelli, a New Jersey local, honed his craft in some of New York’s finest restaurants. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he made stops at Gotham Bar & Grill, Arizona 206, Tapika and Michael Jordan’s. Eric has returned to New Jersey to execute the Menu he always dreamed of, in the place he was meant to be: red.
