| Chef Owner Matt Frausto and Co-Owner Rosie Frausto
After Operation Desert Storm, Matt came home to Las Vegas to work in the family restaurant the Geisha Steakhouse. After learning in the kitchen as a prep cook and a dishwasher, he became a waiter for a short while. His passion was cooking, so he decided to learn how to cook teppan. Matt and his wife Rosie managed the Geisha Steak House for a several years, before buying the restaurant. Cooking has now become an art for Matt. Over 10 years of cooking Teppan has made him one of the best and most well known Teppan chefs in Las Vegas.
He and his wife Rosie sold Geisha Steak House restaurant and opened a The O'Hana House in a newer larger location featuring Teppan, Sushi Bar and Japanese Cuisine in a friendly atmosphere .
