These are the only 3-time “World Grand Champion” winners at the Memphis in May competition. We consider these the “ Filet Mignon” of Barbecue. They are sprinkled with Magic Dust then slowly cooked in our pit with a combination of woods for 5-7 hours, locking in the moisture and flavor.

You will notice a light pink to rosy cast to the meat – a result of slow cooking with wood.

We take our chicken, season it with our Magic
Dust, then slowly cook it for 3 1/2 - 4 hours until
it is tender and juicy. Pit cooking with wood
results in a light pink to rosy cast in the meat.

BARBECUE PORK SHOULDER.....9.99
The shoulder is cooked Low n’ Slow for 18-20
hours. Then it is chopped, dusted, sauced, and
served hot.

SMOKED HOT LINKS.................10.29
All-beef hot links smoked in the pit, served
on a bed of white rice with a slaw garnish.

Our brisket is seasoned with Magic Dust and
cooked Low n’ Slow for 18 - 20 hours. Once it’s off
