The restaurant Massimo located in downtown Walnut Creek is proud to announce the new arrival of Chef Roberto Rodriguez to its staff. Roberto started cooking at the age of 15 in an Old Italian Restaurant in San Diego. Later on, he attended the Culinary Academy in San Francisco and has gone on to work in some well known San Francisco fine dining establishment such as Moose's, Stars, Rose Pistola, The Red Herring and most recently, One Market.
