Risotto
Risotto is a traditional Northern Italian rice dish slowly, very slowly, simmered in beef broth and added ingredients. I feel we have the best in the country (excluding you grandma or mama who will always make better). All risottos are made to order and take 25 minutes, or longer if we are slammed! So sip your wine, enjoy the music and don’t rush perfection. You won’t be disappointed ! Alla Bella Vita!
