Japengo Chef Tim Horrock

     Tim Horrock is a returning Hyatt cast member having previously worked at the Park Hyatt San Francisco, Tim left Hyatt to join and open the W Hotel with its Restaurant XYZ in San Francisco. His next opportunity arose at Ritz-Carlton San Francisco, a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, and was recruited to head their Terrace Restaurant, an award winning restaurant, featuring alfresco dining in the courtyard. Tim has also worked with Joey Altman of food television Network as chef of his wild game themed Restaurant The Wild Hare, and opened the Sheraton Sonoma County with its Asian fusion restaurant Jellyfish. Since moving to Las Vegas he has worked at the MGM Grand, Luxor, and Chef Rick Moonens R Bar Café.
