SHABU-SHABU / SUKIYAKI - HOT POT DINING
Shabu-shabu is served with healthy seaweed broth alongside citrus-based
ponzu sauce and sesame-based goma sauce. Sukiyaki is cooked in sweet homemade sauce and raw egg is provided as an optional dipping sauce.
All Shabu-shabu and Sukiyaki meals come with a plate of vegetables, appropriate sauces, noodles, rice and a plate of meats (8 oz).
