Raymond Kasbarian

Mr. Kasbarian has had over twenty-five years of business experience in the information technology marketplace, primarily in executive, marketing and sales management positions. He has reengineered and managed many international sales and marketing organizations. Most recently, Mr. Kasbarian was CEO of Pacific Mobile Technologies (PMT) a global firm that designs, develops advanced mobile technology and telecommunication projects. He was Managing Director of iCAP Global that provided planning for internet companies; he worked on financial and marketing strategies and developed the customer evolution cycle geared toward turning visitors into buyers and finally advocates. Prior experience as CEO European Operations, for a NASDAQ listed Software Company, included the acquisition of subsidiaries in France and Germany and the on-going management and integration of these units with the European and US operations. Mr. Kasbarian holds a BSEE from NJIT along with management courses both as student and teacher.

Ron Davis founded usmenuguide.com in 2004. Prior to usmenuguide Mr. Davis had built a menu services publication for hotels and concierges. He also sold for several media related companies including the Chicago Tribune, Senior Magazine and Coupon companies. He co-founded Club Card, a Student Discount Program that was used by College Students at over 30 campuses. In 1998, Club Card was acquired by Student Advantage, a national discount program for College Students. Between 1998 and 2001, Mr. Davis worked on several consulting projects and published a menu guide for concierge in San Francisco and Denver. Ron holds a BA in Accounting from Bradley University

Over 15 years of experience in the on-line and internet marketing areas with primary focus on marketing, sales and communications in the information technology industry. This has included management positions for US and European companies working both in the US and in several European locations. Her primary market focus is the enterprise software and services market and has included market development for new technologies such as interactive marketing, e-Marketing, customer acquisitions and retention programs, Web based applications and knowledge based information systems. She has been involved in developing and executing market strategies both in Europe and the US, from start ups to multinational organizations has resulted in a detailed understanding of the strategies and tactics needed to succeed in new market areas. She also developed market strategies for clients and sales force for the challenging e-marketing area. Designed, managed and executed customer acquisition and development campaigns, viral marketing campaigns and loyalty programs for databases of up to 2 million email contacts and implemented integrated programs that utilized banner ads, outbound emails and offline marketing programs.
