1st Course: Sliced beefsteak tomatoes, fresh buffala mozzarella, roasted peppers, and topped with basil infused olive oil.
WINE: Kendall Jackson Sauvignon Blanc.

2nd Course: Homemade gnocchi with brown butter, sage and parmesan cheese.
WINE: Pinot Noir La Crema

3rd Course: Lemon Sorbet

4th Course: Choice of one Entree
Alaskan Halibut, pan seared, with cherry tomatoes, asparagus and fresh basil.
WINE: Chardonnay, Kendall Jackson

OR

Petit Filet Mignon with roasted shallots and a cognac peppercorn sauce.
WINE: Stonestreet Cabernet Sauvignon

5th Course: Combo Pistachio and Chocolate Tartufo
