Domenico Ferraro was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is 27
Years old and has been in the restaurant business most of his life. His
Mother and Father had a deli and restaurant since he was born and he
Worked his way up from bus person to owner/chef.
Domenico went to UNLV and took the business management course
And then the Sommelier Introductory Course. From there he attended
The California Culinary Academy finishing in the top ten of his class.
Upon graduation, Domenico went to Italy and studied under
Davide Mazzuoli at the LaGrotta Ristorante in Tuscany.
He has a passion for the business and it shows in the quality and
Consistency in his kitchen.
