BOXTY
- OUR SIGNATURE DISH
Boxty is a traditional dish common to rural parts of Ireland, which is
comprised of a potato pancake, rolled, and stuffed with a filling. We
have taken this simple staple and innovated with a variety of flavorsome
and complementary fillings.
Seafood Boxty $11.95
This Boxty is stuffed with yellow rice, salmon, cod, shrimp and mussels
then topped with a red pepper aioli and a black bean and sweet corn relish.
BBQ Chicken, Shrimp and Andouille Sausage Boxty $11.95
Grilled chicken, shrimp and spicy Cajun andouille sausage with black beans
& sweet corn in our homemade Guinness BBQ sauce. Topped with pepper
jack cheese, BBQ sauce and tomato pico.
Steak and Portobello Mushroom Boxty $11.95
Tender pieces of steak sauteed with cajun spice, portobello mushrooms
and topped with melted cheddar cheese and fresh salsa.
