Emperor's Garden Chef Qin Chef Qin trained in China for over 20 years while receiving the honored "Special Technician for Food" from the Chinese Government. Chef Qin seved as chef for several acclaimed restaurants in Virginia and Maryland including Hunan Lion Restaurant, House of Chinese Delight and Seven Seas. While at Seaven Seas the Washington Post proclaimed Seven Seas the best Chinese restaurant in the Washington DC area. 2001-2003 Chef Qin has added special dishes to the Emperor's Garden menu that you won't find in most Chinese restaurants in the United States.
