Founded in 2008 Double Helix Bar + Double Helix Boutique launched its first dual bar and boutique concept at The Shoppes at the Palazzo in Las Vegas. The name, Double Helix, was carefully chosen to reflect the positive and proven benefits of wine on human health, and hence, structural DNA.
