Kyle Cormier, Brew Master - Chicago Brewing Company

Kyle Cormier in the head brewer here at Chicago Brewing Company. Kyle has been brewing on property since the doors opened in March of 2000. He grew up in Lake Havasu City, Az. where upon graduation he moved to Flagstaff and attended Northern Arizona University. Following NAU, Kyle moved here to Las Vegas and finished his education at UNLV. He apprenticed under a well know Brew Master, Paul Marczyk, who was Chicago Brewing’s original Head Brewer. Paul moved to Denver two years after the opening, leaving Kyle some big shoes to fill. Thanks to a strong commitment to quality and diversity, we now have a full range of beer styles to choose from year round.
