Sandi Fried - Steve Fried - Chef Evaristo
Steve and Sandi Fried opened Buon Gusto in June 2001
Steve moved to Vegas from Brooklyn in 1988 and
brought with him hundreds of East Coast style recipes.
Most of the products used in the restaurant are shipped
in from New York, New Jersey or imported from
Italy.
Rose and Ken enjoying Chicken Franchese, Spaghetti
and Meatballs and a glass of Ruffino Chinati.
Chef Evaristo has been cooking Italian for 21 years.
For the first 11 years he trained
under Chef Lucian at "That's Italian."
