Private Dining Room Menus Thank you for your interest in BLT Fish for your upcoming event. The following information may assist you in planning for your special occasion. Our 2nd Floor Private Party Room, can accommodate up to 66 people for a sit-down dinner and 100 people for cocktails. The room features a full service bar, state of the art AV equipment and total DJ capabilities. Attached are a variety of menus that are priced per person. For lunch there is a $1,000 food & beverage minimum required. For cocktail parties & dinner there is a $3,500 food & beverage minimum required . During the month of December, there is a $5,000 food & beverage minimum. All parties have a standard 20% service charge & 8.625 % tax on all food & beverages. For sit-down dinners, there is no room charge for the first 4 hours of your event. If you wish to extend your event beyond the 4 hours, there will be a $500 charge per hour added to your final bill. To confirm any event a contract must be written and a 50 % non- refundable deposit is required. The final balance is due day or evening of your scheduled event.
